This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Engage in sales and negotiations by preparing proposals and presentations, conducting meetings, and drafting contracts — culminating in deal closure;

• Leverage AI tools to boost productivity and streamline workflows;

• Conduct research on industry trends and potential markets for business opportunities;

• Identify, qualify, and manage a pipeline of leads generated through inbound and outbound channels;

• Develop relationships with prospective clients and stakeholders to comprehend their business needs and formulate relevant solutions;

• Consistently track and report on personal KPIs in a precise and timely manner;

• Collaborate with the team on strategic initiatives and long-term objectives;

• Coordinate with the leadership team to explore and implement new business opportunities, approaches, or ideas;

• Collect and analyze feedback to uncover opportunities for service enhancements or product offerings.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B settings in Sales, Account Management, Service Delivery, or Growth roles (preferably within the tech sector)

• Proficient in English (C1–C2 level, both written and spoken)

• Strong grasp of market research and data analysis, along with hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and AI-driven tools

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with a talent for active listening and clear idea conveyance

• Self-driven and results-oriented mindset, bolstered by strong organizational and time-management skills

• Possess emotional intelligence, resilience, and confidence in managing feedback and high-pressure environments

• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team, with a proactive and adaptable approach

• Quick learner with innovative, creative thinking and a commitment to continuous improvement
