This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Engage in sales and negotiations by preparing proposals and presentations, conducting meetings, and drafting contracts — culminating in deal closures;
• Leverage AI tools to boost productivity and streamline workflows;
• Conduct research on industry trends and identify potential markets for new business opportunities;
• Identify, qualify, and manage a pipeline of leads generated through both inbound and outbound channels;
• Foster relationships with prospective clients and stakeholders to comprehend their business needs and develop appropriate solutions;
• Monitor and report on personal KPIs consistently, accurately, and promptly;
• Collaborate with the team on strategic initiatives and long-term objectives;
• Coordinate with the leadership team to uncover and implement new business opportunities, strategies, or concepts;
• Collect and analyze feedback to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing services or product offerings.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B settings in Sales, Account Management, Service Delivery, or Growth roles (preferably in the tech sector)
• Proficient in English (C1–C2, both written and spoken)
• Strong grasp of market research and data analysis, with experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and AI-driven tools
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, along with the capacity to listen actively and articulate ideas effectively
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, possessing strong organizational and time-management skills
• High emotional intelligence, resilience, and confidence in receiving feedback and managing high-pressure situations
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating a proactive and adaptable mindset
