This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Sales and negotiations: create proposals and presentations, facilitate meetings, and draft contracts — leading up to closing deals;
• Leverage AI tools to boost productivity and streamline workflows;
• Investigate industry trends and identify potential markets for business opportunities;
• Identify, qualify, and oversee the pipeline of leads generated through both inbound and outbound channels;
• Cultivate relationships with potential clients and stakeholders to understand their business requirements and develop tailored solutions;
• Monitor and report on personal KPIs consistently, accurately, and punctually;
• Collaborate with the team on strategic initiatives and long-term goals;
• Coordinate with the leadership team to discover and implement new business opportunities, strategies, or concepts;
• Collect and analyze feedback to uncover opportunities for enhancing services or product offerings.
• Over 2 years of experience in B2B settings in Sales, Account Management, Service Delivery, or Growth roles (preferably in the tech sector)
• Proficient in English (C1–C2 level, both written and spoken)
• Strong grasp of market research and data analysis, with experience in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and AI-driven tools
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to listen attentively and express ideas clearly
• Self-driven and results-oriented mindset, with excellent organizational and time-management capabilities
• High emotional intelligence, resilience, and confidence in managing feedback and high-pressure situations
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team, with a proactive and adaptable attitude
• Quick learner with innovative, unconventional thinking and a commitment to continuous improvement.
