This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.
• Engage in sales and negotiations: prepare proposals and presentations, conduct meetings, and draft contracts leading to deal closures;
• Leverage AI tools to boost productivity and streamline workflows;
• Conduct research on industry trends and identify potential markets for business opportunities;
• Identify, qualify, and manage the pipeline of leads generated through both inbound and outbound channels;
• Foster relationships with potential clients and stakeholders to comprehend their business needs and develop suitable solutions;
• Consistently track and report on personal KPIs with accuracy and timeliness;
• Collaborate with the team on strategic and long-term initiatives and objectives;
• Coordinate with the leadership team to discover and implement new business opportunities, approaches, or ideas;
• Collect and analyze feedback to pinpoint opportunities for service enhancements or product development.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B settings, specifically in Sales, Account Management, Service Delivery, or Growth roles (preferably in the tech sector)
• Proficient in English (C1–C2 level, both written and spoken)
• Strong grasp of market research and data analysis, with experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and AI-driven tools
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to listen actively and articulate ideas clearly
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, possessing strong organizational and time-management capabilities
• High emotional intelligence, resilience, and confidence when addressing feedback and navigating high-pressure situations
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and adaptable approach
• Quick learner with innovative, out-of-the-box thinking and a commitment to continuous improvement.
