This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Accompany sellers to promote ExxonMobil PPE and PVE products to both new and existing customers.
• Educate sellers on product positioning, target applications, qualification inquiries, and necessary follow-ups.
• Collaborate with suppliers and product managers to grasp technology, application suitability, and growth priorities.
• Develop and sustain an early-stage pipeline sourced from CRM, supplier leads, seller insights, events, and market research.
• Validate opportunities by confirming application, product compatibility, volume estimates, timing, seller ownership, and subsequent actions.
• Drive volume growth by assisting the sales team in identifying, qualifying, and advancing new business across ExxonMobil’s PPE and PVE product lines.
• Cultivate opportunities for Vistamaxx™, Exact™, polypropylene, polyethylene, and other related ExxonMobil products where application suitability and commercial potential warrant focus.
• Maintain regular communication with sellers, product management, technical support, suppliers, and leadership to ensure pipeline activities remain current and aligned with next steps.
• Coordinate product training sessions and refresher courses for priority product lines and applications.
• Develop straightforward sales tools to aid sellers in product positioning, target identification, and opportunity qualification.
• Assist in supplier ADT / MDT engagement, alignment, and follow-up on priority opportunities.
• Ensure CRM accuracy so that opportunities are up-to-date, actionable, and visible.
• Work with suppliers to prioritize opportunities based on compatibility, timing, volume, and customer readiness.
• Implement a must-win process that includes owner assignment, next steps, target dates, product fit, volume estimates, and necessary support.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred; however, equivalent commercial, product, or industry experience is also considered.
• A strong work ethic, maturity, professionalism, and a positive attitude are essential.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required when interfacing with sales, suppliers, and customers.
• In-depth product and application knowledge, backed by substantial commercial and business development experience.
• Willingness to travel across the United States and Canada for customer and supplier engagements.
• Strong skills in problem-solving, organization, follow-up, and pipeline management are necessary.
