• Engage in outreach efforts to key accounts within designated regions.
• Conduct and provide reports on project debrief meetings.
• Establish and nurture relationships with clients in the geotechnical and environmental fields.
• Develop regional client newsletters and organize demonstrations or training sessions.
• Represent ConeTec at various conferences, workshops, and association gatherings.
• Assist Regional Managers with project follow-ups and business development planning.
• Monitor business development activities using Salesforce or dashboards.
• Arrange and manage client capability presentations.
• Accompany Regional Managers and the business development team for the first 60 days to gain knowledge on content and presentation techniques.
• Contribute to the maintenance and customization of capability decks in collaboration with marketing.
• Articulate ConeTec’s services in a professional manner.
• Participate in local and regional industry events.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Geology.
• Prior experience in civil engineering, geotechnical, or geology sectors is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with industry clients and engineers.
• Field experience in the industry is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Salesforce) is a plus.
• Health insurance coverage.
• Drug and alcohol testing protocols.
• Pre-employment fit for duty assessment.
• Successful completion of a criminal record check.
