This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Perform outbound sales calls to past guests, corporate clients, and potential customers.
• Reconnect with former clients to facilitate repeat bookings and enhance customer loyalty.
• Discover new business avenues through prospecting and building relationships.
• Implement email outreach and follow-up campaigns to cultivate leads.
• Arrange discovery calls and meetings with corporate accounts and prospective clients.
• Oversee and maintain the sales pipeline utilizing HubSpot CRM.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, activities, and opportunities.
• Work closely with the Reservations, Revenue Management, Guest Experience, and Operations teams.
• Develop tailored accommodation proposals based on client requirements.
• Consistently follow up with prospects until bookings are finalized.
• Meet monthly sales, booking, and activity goals while providing outstanding customer service.
• Foster long-lasting relationships with clients to optimize repeat business and referrals.
• Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
• At least 3 years of experience in hospitality sales.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot is strongly preferred).
• Extensive experience in sales prospecting, email outreach, and follow-up campaigns.
• Comfortable engaging with former guests and corporate clients via phone.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-driven and adaptable to remote work.
• Experience collaborating with international teams is a plus.
