This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Identify and assess pertinent RFP (Request for Proposal) opportunities.
• Utilize our internal system to manage and organize RFPs.
• Draft, coordinate, and finalize proposal documents effectively.
• Evaluate RFP requirements and determine the organizational fit for opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership and internal stakeholders to collect technical, operational, and commercial inputs for submissions.
• Work closely with MSP leadership on pricing, calculations, and structuring proposals.
• Oversee the complete RFP submission process from start to finish.
• Monitor submission timelines, compliance needs, and follow-up tasks.
• Keep documentation and records of submitted proposals and opportunities up to date.
• Assist in business development efforts within the MSP division.
• Consistently track market opportunities and procurement platforms.
• MBA (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; previous internship or related experience is advantageous).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
