This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +4 more states.
• Collaborate with underwriting, marketing, and growth teams to create, manage, and enhance distribution while generating partner premium.
• Oversee a portfolio of emerging and lower-volume partners, focusing on building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring consistent performance.
• Assist Business Development Managers in driving production efforts.
• Provide pipeline support through research on target markets, potential partners, and competitive insights.
• Identify and implement strategies to further engage with existing partners.
• Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs, consistently meeting or surpassing goals.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of business development, partner management, and onboarding processes.
• Promote a positive brand image among current trading partners and prospects through continuous outreach.
• Support event and field presence initiatives in the assigned region, including preparing partner materials and assisting with logistics for retail-focused engagements.
• Monitor partner performance trends and notify the Business Development Manager or Leader of any opportunities or risks.
• Maintain the accuracy of CRM data in HubSpot by promptly updating partner interactions, notes, and performance metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Proven experience in onboarding and guiding new customers to recognize and repeat value.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of discussing both technical and business topics fluidly.
• Strong telephone and video communication skills, maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Experience with the disciplined execution of challenging opportunities that yield results.
• Ability to identify issues and coach agents through the sales funnel by analyzing individual submissions and collaborating with partners on opportunities.
• Proficiency in multi-channel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, and in-person) utilizing repeatable cadences.
• Skill in conducting effective discovery meetings and consistently securing next steps.
• Experience in efficiently moving prospects from the initial contact to binding.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proficient in Metabase or similar software for data extraction, review, and analysis.
