This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct research to pinpoint target accounts within health plans and TPAs.
• Develop focused prospect lists and identify key buyers, influencers, and referral pathways within each account.
• Implement strategic outbound outreach through various channels including email, phone, LinkedIn, events, referrals, and warm introductions.
• Schedule initial meetings with qualified prospects and assist in assessing whether there is a genuine business issue worth exploring further.
• Utilize clear communication to present AMPS ClaimInsight, showcasing our pre-pay payment integrity solution, high dollar bill assessments, and Out of Network pricing features at a high level.
• Maintain thorough documentation of activities, account research, contact history, next steps, and qualification notes within the CRM.
• Collaborate with senior sales leadership to prepare for discovery meetings and ensure a smooth transition of qualified opportunities.
• Experiment with and enhance outreach sequences, messaging, target account lists, and lead development strategies.
• 3-5+ years of experience in business development, sales development, lead generation, recruiting, consulting, healthcare services, or a similar outbound relationship-building position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information in a concise, professional, and relevant manner.
• Proficient in using email, phone, LinkedIn, CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and basic account research tools.
• Capable of managing a defined target-account list and maintaining consistent daily and weekly outreach efforts.
• Strong follow-through and meticulous attention to detail; success in this role hinges on the quality of handoff notes.
