• Partner with the VP of Strategic Sales Growth to create and implement lead generation campaigns.
• Investigate and pinpoint new business prospects using online databases, social media, cold outreach, and industry-specific directories.
• Develop and sustain a pipeline of qualified leads, with a particular emphasis on skilled nursing facilities, long-term care providers, and post-acute healthcare operators.
• Execute outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and phone to present the client's services.
• Utilize CRM tools to log activities, arrange follow-ups, and track engagement with potential clients.
• Assist in facilitating introductions to set appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Provide weekly reports on key performance indicators, including leads generated, conversion rates, and outreach effectiveness.
• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, and cold calling.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong research and data management abilities.
• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
• Enthusiasm for healthcare innovation and workforce solutions.
• Familiarity with the wound care industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
