This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee and maintain leads within the LeadSimple CRM system.
• Ensure that all lead information is precise and current.
• Monitor lead activity, follow-ups, and the progress of the sales pipeline.
• Keep organized records and ensure prompt communication with prospects.
• Respond to and follow up on incoming leads.
• Foster relationships with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and text messages.
• Maintain lead engagement throughout the sales journey.
• Arrange appointments and coordinate subsequent steps as necessary.
• Execute outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
• Generate new leads via online research, prospecting, and networking.
• Identify opportunities to broaden the company's client base.
• Formulate and implement lead generation strategies to facilitate business growth.
• Assess existing CRM and lead management workflows.
• Suggest and apply enhancements to boost efficiency.
• Assist in creating structured processes for lead tracking, follow-up, and reporting.
• Monitor key business development metrics and activities.
• Provide regular updates regarding lead generation initiatives and pipeline status.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges, and recommendations to management.
• Demonstrated experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or a comparable role.
• Practical experience using LeadSimple CRM (mandatory).
• Experience in managing sales pipelines and lead follow-up processes.
• Strong experience in outbound calling and prospecting.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Capability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Willingness to learn new processes and suggest improvements.
• Work from Home.
