This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Create new business opportunities through telephone and electronic communications.
• Start the sales process by making cold calls, with a strong focus on outbound communication.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's structure and identify key purchasing influences among relevant C-Level decision makers.
• Follow up on potential opportunities and perform research to further qualify prospective clients.
• Conduct an in-depth needs analysis to ascertain prospects' budgets, decision makers, needs, and timelines (BANT).
• Establish and nurture relationships with potential prospects by initiating and following up on communications to BANT qualify opportunities for the sales team.
• Collaborate with client managers to ensure a seamless transition of BANT qualified prospects.
• Partner with the Sales Integration Manager to enhance and expand the sales pipeline with highly qualified sales opportunities.
• Maintain data for new and prospective clients in the database, ensuring all communications are recorded, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
• Engage in training sessions designed to support the role's requirements.
• Prepare and analyze reports and dashboards related to the lead pipeline.
• 2-3 years of demonstrated telemarketing and/or inside sales experience or a blend of education and experience.
• A Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is required.
• Ability to acquire in-depth product knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM Software is preferred.
