This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Oversee and enhance Customer Relationship Management (CRM) records, pipeline trackers, notes, and shared business development resources to guarantee accurate and timely information.
• Generate recurring pipeline reports, follow-up lists, notes, and briefing materials to aid in prioritization and internal decision-making.
• Track Federal opportunity sources and procurement platforms to discover, triage, and summarize relevant opportunities, including RFIs, sources sought notices, draft solicitations, and active solicitations that align with Arbor Research’s capabilities.
• Provide assistance to the technical team in proposal development, encompassing background research, boilerplate maintenance, and formatting of proposal documents.
• Aid in the creation and management of business development project timelines; oversee the progress of deliverables and milestones, and communicate status and any issues to internal colleagues.
• Facilitate meetings, conference calls, and client-facing presentations, which includes the preparation of agendas, briefing documents, slide materials, and meeting minutes.
• Assist in conference and event planning, which entails attendee research, meeting coordination, contact tracking, and follow-up after events.
• Perform industry, market, and competitor research to bolster business development initiatives targeting healthcare industry sponsors (e.g., pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and digital health companies).
• Communicate professionally and effectively, with moderate oversight, across various groups and settings; ensure the confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information is maintained.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, marketing, communications, public health, life sciences, or a related field.
• A strong interest in business development and strategic growth, with a commitment to contributing to pipeline tracking, client engagement, and proposals.
• A keen interest in the healthcare industry landscape (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and/or digital health).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and AI-assisted workflows; openness to learning and adapting to new AI tools and a dynamic work environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and conversational skills, including the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and listen attentively.
• Outstanding written communication skills.
• Capability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to safeguard confidential, proprietary, and highly sensitive information.
