This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Overseeing and expanding a portfolio of agency clients
• Accountable for onboarding, assisting, and retaining clients
• Ensuring the seamless operation of client services
• A relationship-focused position within a technical product setting

• 1–2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing position

• Proactive, organized, and capable of identifying and addressing issues before they escalate
• Ability to comprehend and discuss technical concepts such as email deliverability, DNS, and integrations
• Confident in working remotely and managing responsibilities autonomously
• **Advantageous:**
• Familiarity with cold email platforms (e.g., Smartlead, Instantly, Bison, Lemlist)
• Knowledge of email infrastructure (Google Workspace, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, Cloudflare)
• Experience in working with agencies or within B2B sales environments
• Exposure to managing high-volume client portfolios
