This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, prospect, and build relationships with plaintiff law firms, referring firms, and litigating firms across the nation.
• Present the complete range of mass tort marketing and case acquisition services offered by Broughton Partners to attorneys and decision-makers at firms.
• Drive the establishment of new partnership agreements while enhancing existing relationships through consultative and value-driven sales techniques.
• Attend legal industry conferences, summits, and networking events (such as Mass Torts Made Perfect and NTL Summit) to represent the Broughton Partners brand.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned law firm partners throughout the sales cycle and onboarding process.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, intake, and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign launches and high levels of client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular check-ins and performance evaluations with partner firms using the Broughton Partners Portal.
• Address inquiries from partners, resolve issues, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance engagement.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective and current law firm partners utilizing CRM tools.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets and new partner acquisition objectives.
• Create customized proposals and campaign recommendations tailored to each firm's tort focus, budget, and claimant acquisition goals.
• Monitor and report sales activities, KPIs, and revenue metrics to leadership.
• Stay informed about active and emerging mass tort litigations (e.g., Social Media Addiction, Hernia Mesh, PowerPort, JDC-IL, CMTA, etc.).
• Educate law firm partners on ethical and compliant marketing practices and the risks associated with fraudulent legal advertising.
• Communicate the benefits of Broughton Partners' co-counsel model and originating firm structure to potential partners.
• Assist partners in understanding Broughton's intake, qualification, and retainer delivery processes.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a consultative selling atmosphere.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-driven with the capability to independently manage a high-volume pipeline.
• Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SalesLoft) and sales productivity tools.
• Background in legal marketing sales, legal business development, financial sales, investment banking, or wealth management.
• Established network of contacts within plaintiff law firms or legal industry professionals.
• Knowledge of the mass tort litigation lifecycle, case evaluation, and claimant acquisition processes.
• Understanding of legal advertising compliance and bar ethics standards.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or relevant industry experience.
