This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with retail customers that have high revenue potential.
• Engage with senior decision-makers to present and position RFID-based solutions effectively.
• Build and sustain robust, long-term relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with customers to design and implement tailored business solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle—from initial prospecting to deal closure and expansion.
• Qualify and progress opportunities by developing and executing consistent, value-oriented sales strategies that highlight strong messaging, relationship development, and clear competitive differentiation.
• Generate demand by spearheading strategic initiatives that convert Sensormatic Solutions’ offerings into quantifiable business results.
• Engage clients using a consultative approach, leveraging a deep understanding of their business needs to identify, expand, and secure new opportunities.
• Present and sell the entire portfolio of digital and RFID-based solutions, clearly articulating innovation, scalability, and growth potential.
• Differentiate Sensormatic Solutions in the market by effectively positioning value against competitors while maintaining a strong knowledge of competitive technologies and their implementations.
• Contribute to sales enablement initiatives by developing and enhancing customer-facing materials and collateral.
• Align sales and marketing strategies with evolving customer trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to maximize impact.
• Establish and maintain executive-level relationships within the retail sector, building credibility with key decision-makers across IT, Operations, Supply Chain, and Loss Prevention.
• Act as a trusted advisor, nurturing deep customer relationships that promote long-term partnerships and account growth.
• Travel approximately 30% across North America to support customer engagement and business development efforts.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5+ years of B2B sales experience; experience must include selling software, technology, RFID tags/labels, or inventory visibility RFID solutions.
• Demonstrated success in generating new logo customers.
• Strong and effective communication skills.
• Experience in selling to the retail sector is preferred.
