📋 Description

• Proactively research, identify, and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, social media, and networking.

• Assess inbound and outbound leads according to established criteria.

• Arrange discovery calls and product demonstrations for the sales team.

• Ensure accurate lead and opportunity information is maintained in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

• Collaborate with the marketing team to synchronize outreach initiatives with ongoing campaigns.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on metrics related to lead generation and conversion rates.

• Continuously enhance outreach strategies based on feedback from the market.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (SaaS or technology sales preferred).

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Resilient, proactive, and self-motivated with a 'hunter' mentality.

• Capable of managing multiple prospects and priorities at once.

• Comfortable utilizing CRM tools and prospecting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

• A collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and adapt rapidly.

• Experience in a start-up or high-growth setting.

• Familiarity with the authentication and luxury resale industries.

• Knowledge of outbound automation tools.
