• Achieve Your Targets: Your goal is to schedule 15 meetings each month, prioritizing quality. At least 9 of these meetings must be qualified by an Account Executive to be counted towards your primary objectives.
• Ensure Meeting Attendance: A scheduled meeting is only valuable if the prospect attends. You will be responsible for follow-ups before the meeting, providing reminders and pertinent information to ensure the prospect is prepared and enthusiastic about the discussion. You will also work on re-engaging and rescheduling any missed meetings or demos.
• Conduct High-Volume Outreach: You will oversee a large territory through a combination of phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn interactions. Balancing multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously is essential, including maintaining over 100 dials along with other contact methods.
• Respond to Engagement: You will serve as the main point of contact for prospects already engaging with us—such as those downloading guides, visiting our website, or participating in our webinars. Quick and relevant responses are critical—warming up these accounts and territories is vital to ensure meaningful interactions and return on engagement.
• Personalize Effectively: In a territory consisting of over 2,000 accounts, conducting in-depth research on every lead is impractical. You will employ "scalable personalization," identifying key triggers like new hires or fundraising milestones to make your outreach more impactful.
• A Collaborative Team Member: You maintain a positive and optimistic demeanor, even when faced with the challenges of high-volume outreach. You keep an open perspective and boost the team’s morale.
• Competitive and Goal-Driven: You aspire to be the top representative on the leaderboard and set a high standard for your teammates.
• Resilient Nature: You are capable of managing high-volume outreach and the associated rejections. You maintain a positive attitude and persistently push forward, overcoming obstacles.
• Disciplined Approach: You appreciate having a structured plan and adhering to it. You can effectively manage your calendar and sustain a high level of activity consistently.
• Willingness to Learn: You are eager to improve and open to feedback, ready to gain insights into the nonprofit sector, and willing to adjust your strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Adaptability: This is a startup atmosphere. We are still discovering the most effective strategies for engaging some of these accounts, and your involvement in this process is essential.
• Strong Communication Skills: You can succinctly convey the value of our platform to busy nonprofit leaders in a manner that is helpful and not overly aggressive.
• Relevant Experience: While sales or outbound prospecting experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory—we prioritize enthusiasm, curiosity, and a genuine desire to learn.
