This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop a robust pipeline through focused outbound prospecting aimed at manufacturing and industrial sectors in Germany and Poland.
• Handle incoming leads, assess interest levels, and convert them into scheduled meetings.
• Investigate target accounts to gain insights into their business context, potential challenges, and purchase relevance.
• Locate key decision-makers and stakeholders within prospective organizations.
• Schedule discovery meetings for the Account Management team and generate qualified opportunities.
• Ensure high-quality prospect data and maintain accuracy in HubSpot.
• Monitor your performance against KPIs while maintaining discipline in activity and follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with the Account Management and Marketing teams to enhance targeting, messaging, and the quality of handoffs.
• Share insights from prospect interactions with the team — identifying what resonates and what does not.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Fluent in Polish, German, and English.
• A strong enthusiasm for pipeline development and outbound prospecting.
• Comfort in a phone-first sales development position.
• Ability to thrive in a high-activity environment, including making 100-200 calls per day.
• Curiosity about the manufacturing industry and a desire to understand how manufacturers operate.
• Strong follow-through and a sense of personal accountability.
• Experience with a CRM system, preferably HubSpot.
• A strong desire for a long-term career in sales.
