Business Development Representative – Nordics/Benelux

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Engage with numerous prospects through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to inform them about transitioning from outdated and ineffective tools.

• Identify and qualify leads within your assigned territory for your Enterprise Sales colleague.

• Initiate sales discussions with key decision-makers at targeted organizations.

• Handle incoming inquiries and manage leads effectively.

• Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Cyera Data Security Platform, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

• Aim to surpass daily activity targets and achieve monthly and quarterly pipeline objectives.

• Conduct strategic conversations with mid and senior-level executives in the security sector.

• Carry out other related tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, particularly when addressing complex topics.

• Proven track record of being results-oriented and metrics-driven.

• Enthusiastic about building a long-term career in sales.

• Open to coaching and eager to learn new concepts.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Innovative, motivated, organized, and energetic team player with a keen attention to detail.

• Self-motivated individual who utilizes creativity, insight, and intellect to accomplish tasks.

• You are an overachiever who never gives up, refuses to accept no for an answer, and succeeds in all endeavors!

• Ideally, prior experience as an SDR/BDR or inside sales professional in a B2B SaaS technology company.

• Experience in the cloud/data security industry is a plus.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and SalesNavigator is preferred.

• Fluency in Dutch is required.
