This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Development Representative plays a key role in developing the sales pipeline by engaging with both current customers and identified prospects within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• This position is characterized by high activity levels, focusing on outbound engagement, re-engaging accounts, and discovering new opportunities within our established database.
• You will work closely with seasoned sales leaders and Microsoft teams to convert these discussions into qualified opportunities.
• Connect with existing and potential Dynamics 365 customers through phone, email, and campaigns, and revitalize inactive accounts.
• Identify organizations using outdated or fragmented systems that are prepared to upgrade to Microsoft solutions.
• Recognize opportunities for upgrades, expansions, and optimizations within Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
• Conduct high-level discussions to ascertain customer needs and current usage of Dynamics.
• Detect gaps, challenges, or overlooked opportunities within their existing framework.
• Pose insightful questions and gather sufficient context to gauge interest effectively.
• Transfer well-defined opportunities to senior sales and solution teams.
• Collaborate with Microsoft field sellers and internal teams for account targeting and outreach efforts.
• Engage in co-selling initiatives and synchronize outreach with Microsoft projects.
• Transform outreach into sales-qualified meetings and opportunities.
• Ensure a smooth handoff and context sharing with account executives and solution teams.
• Assist in targeted outreach campaigns related to events, webinars, and Microsoft programs.
• Follow up with interested prospects and facilitate their transition into active discussions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Required)
• 5+ years of experience in a sales business development role
• A self-motivated individual who takes ownership of their activities and pace
• Inquisitive about Microsoft solutions and genuinely enthusiastic about continuous learning
• A foundational understanding of AI and a keen interest in its impact on business operations
• Quickly builds rapport and establishes trust early on
• Detail-oriented in qualifying, documenting, and transitioning tasks
• 1 to 4 years of experience in sales, BD, or an SDR role, preferably in high-activity and outbound environments
• Coachable, with aspirations to evolve into full-cycle sales
• Comfortable using a CRM, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar tools is advantageous
