• Oversee a team of 7–9 Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
• Provide management and coaching to BDRs through one-on-one meetings and call evaluations
• Take charge of ramp-up processes and performance management
• Facilitate the collaboration between Account Executives (AEs) and BDRs
• Collaborate with the Head of Sales Development
• Work in conjunction with AEs, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement teams
• Recruit and onboard new BDRs
• Previous experience as a BDR or Sales Development Representative (SDR)
• Experience in leading a BDR or SDR team
• Proven history of coaching representatives to meet quotas
• Background in fintech is highly preferred
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment
• Naturally possess a cross-functional working style
• Excellent communication skills and a coaching-oriented approach
