• Conduct research to pinpoint potential clients and create comprehensive prospecting lists.
• Develop and sustain a strong pipeline of prospective clients throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Oversee the complete sales process, from initial contact and sourcing to strategy implementation and deal closure.
• Reach out to prospects through customized cold calls and emails to foster relationships and arrange consultations.
• Manage the company’s CRM system (Salesforce or similar) to ensure precise lead tracking and sales forecasting.
• Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to uncover high-potential opportunities.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the agency’s strategic communications and digital marketing offerings.
• Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives to support company growth.
• Create and implement mass email marketing campaigns and multichannel outreach utilizing tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Offer insights on lead quality and work with internal teams to enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a business development or sales position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field (preferred).
• Proficient in English with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for crafting engaging messages and executing effective sales calls.
• A data-driven mindset for monitoring, analyzing, and improving campaign performance.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving capabilities with keen attention to detail.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms is advantageous.
