This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Working collaboratively with Sales Executives to enhance pipeline growth across EMEA regions.
• Developing personalized outreach strategies aimed at engaging multiple stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers, for significant prospects and customer accounts.
• Delivering an exceptional prospect and customer experience during each interaction, ensuring they feel appreciated and understood.
• Gaining expertise in the product and effectively communicating the value of respond.io’s solutions to prospective clients.
• Maintaining detailed records of interactions with leads in our CRM system, documenting progress, follow-up activities, and next steps.
• Assisting in the creation of scalable demand generation campaigns guided by data-driven insights and industry best practices.
• Recognizing and suggesting enhancements to optimize outcomes.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, ideally within the B2B SaaS sector.
• Proficient in English with a clear and concise communication style, both spoken and written, is imperative.
• A strong commitment and genuine desire to develop a career in sales.
• A proven track record of consistently exceeding targets.
• An empathetic listener and effective communicator.
