
Business Development Representative – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Actively seek out and connect with key decision-makers via various outbound channels.
• Perform cold calls, craft personalized cold emails, and begin LinkedIn messaging sequences to generate interest and drive our growth.
• Assess leads by understanding their requirements, challenges, and objectives.
• Work closely with Account Executives and provide support to BDR team members as necessary.
• Develop and prioritize strategic target account lists within a specific territory.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.
• 2-5 years of applicable experience in Business Development or Sales Development.
• Exceptional command of the English language, both verbally and in writing - Native Level English.
• Proven experience in outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
• Ability to communicate in a clear, goal-oriented manner that eliminates any ambiguity.
• Demonstrated initiative, effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
• High energy levels and a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and collaborative setting.
