This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Promote and market SERVPRO franchise services within the designated area while achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Expand the customer base through route selling, identifying prospects, nurturing relationships, engaging in customer outreach, and follow-ups.
• Utilize SERVPRO Key Differentiators and Emergency Ready Plan resources to effectively promote services and highlight their advantages.
• Deliver clear and precise pretesting, service scopes, and job estimates to clients.
• Oversee and follow up on assigned projects to ensure that customer requirements are fulfilled.
• Manage all operations of large commercial loss projects as the main point of contact for all interested parties.
• Prepare resource mobilization based on loss specifics.
• Conduct project-site inspections with a focus on safety, business interruption needs, customer concerns, stabilization, and emergency services.
• Develop plans for safety, stabilization, business interruption, and emergency services.
• Update customers and stakeholders on progress and upcoming steps.
• Supervise assigned staff and account for all work performed and time spent.
• Create project scopes, timelines for resources, organizational charts, milestones, tasks, and work orders.
• Review the project scope with the Project Coordinator/Owner prior to submission to the client.
• Conduct daily management and end-of-day meetings to ensure project alignment.
• Guarantee that project operations are executed, documented, and communicated effectively.
• Address client needs, assess project progress, and offer solutions to challenges.
• Organize client education, marketing, entertainment, professional networking, and association events.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
• Educational background in Project Management, or a comparable combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Experience in property and casualty claim adjusting and/or restoration or reconstruction, particularly in commercial large loss scenarios.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Familiarity with Xactimate and Time and Materials software is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on project management.
• Outstanding oral and written communication abilities.
• Capable of presenting information effectively to individuals and groups.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills essential for workforce utilization and documentation.
• Advanced problem-solving capabilities for complex scheduling, demanding customer requests, and conflict resolution.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English clearly and professionally.
• IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), and Commercial Drying Specialist certifications, or willingness to obtain them within two years of employment.
• Ability to travel frequently by car and/or airplane.
• Valid driver's license is required.
