
Business Development Representative – Inside Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +7 more states.
• Engage with businesses across Texas to convey the advantages of BBB Accreditation
• Conduct over 100 outbound calls each day utilizing leads from a comprehensive database, warm leads, self-sourced prospects, and incoming requests
• Establish trust, articulate value, and finalize deals with integrity
• Minimum of 2 years of successful B2B sales experience (preferably in inside sales)
• Proven history of receiving sales awards or recognition as a top performer
• Excellent phone demeanor and strong persuasive communication skills
• Proficient active listening abilities and skills in managing conversations
• Self-driven, open to coaching, and proficient with technology (including CRM and Microsoft 365)
• High level of integrity and a robust work ethic
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish-English) are a plus
• Clean criminal record is required
