📋 Description

• Identify emerging growth markets, analyze business requirements, and formulate and implement a thorough strategic plan to enhance market share with both new and existing customers.

• Organize and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to effectively engage directly with potential clients.

• Cultivate effective and cooperative relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.

• Collaborate with national marketing resources to create impactful, targeted go-to-market strategies for various sub-segments.

• Partner with marketing to implement events and outreach campaigns aimed at identifying and engaging targets, thereby enhancing the Roxtec brand presence in the market.

• Grasp the immediate and long-term needs and challenges faced by prospective accounts and how Roxtec's solutions can effectively address these issues.

• Work alongside a team of peers and other sales and marketing professionals throughout the pursuit process, guiding prospects through every stage of the sales funnel.

• Develop and negotiate competitive pricing strategies.

• Efficiently manage all opportunities to ensure they progress through the sales pipeline effectively.

• Collaborate with leadership to define business development objectives, targets, and strategies.

• Establish strong networking connections with key decision-makers at various levels within customer organizations, industry bodies, and strategic business partners.

• Act as a consultant to leaders, project participants, and customers.

• Build a robust sales pipeline to achieve annual top-line growth targets.

• Stay informed about industry trends by attending sales, trade, and product training meetings.

• Assess sales potential, prepare budgets, and maintain sales tracking along with other necessary administrative reports.

• Deliver technical presentations and product installation training to diverse audiences.

• Utilize CRM software as the main tool for managing daily sales tasks (including pre-call preparations, detailed contact management, quotations, communication/email tracking, project management, etc.).

• Work collaboratively with peers and other internal departments, ensuring key individuals are informed to maintain positive customer relations.

• Stay aligned with Roxtec’s internal policies and Core Values in daily operations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 60% of the time.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Commitment to the principles of Value Added Selling and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Strategies.

• Competent in time and travel management.

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Proven experience leading intricate sales processes that involve multiple team members and decision-makers.

• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational abilities.

• Preferred experience in involvement with industry associations and/or non-profit organizations.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
