This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Initiate outbound business development efforts through strategic prospecting methods, such as phone calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other engagement tactics.
• Identify, investigate, and establish connections with key decision-makers in Health Information Management (HIM), Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI), Medical Coding, Revenue Cycle, and hospital leadership teams.
• Evaluate potential clients and generate high-quality sales leads for the Business Development team.
• Organize and coordinate discovery meetings and product demonstrations.
• Establish credibility by confidently discussing healthcare documentation, coding, reimbursement, compliance, and revenue cycle issues.
• Keep precise records of prospect activities, pipeline, and sales opportunities within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to enhance messaging, target accounts, and optimize outreach strategies.
• Achieve or surpass set objectives for outreach, qualified meetings, pipeline creation, and conversion metrics.
• Remain updated on healthcare industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments that affect clients.
• Direct experience in Health Information Management (HIM), Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI), medical coding, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or healthcare technology that supports these areas.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, inside sales, recruiting, account management, or a similar client-facing position.
• Proven experience or success in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage healthcare professionals confidently.
• Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently in a fully remote setting.
• Proficient in using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
