This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and lead qualification within the German-speaking market.
• Deliver outstanding sales service and client management, ensuring a high standard of performance across all accounts.
• Leverage Salesforce and Salesloft to oversee pipelines, monitor activities, and enhance the sales cycle.
• Effectively juggle business development tasks alongside strategic account management responsibilities.
• Regularly achieve and surpass KPIs concerning meeting generation, pipeline contributions, and client satisfaction.
• Native-level proficiency in German and professional fluency in English.
• Currently residing in the UK or Europe within a compatible timezone.
• Demonstrated experience in a sales, account management, or delivery-oriented position.
• Outstanding organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Available to start immediately.
• A resilient and ambitious individual with a proactive problem-solving approach.

• Previous experience in Sales Development (SDR/BDR) in the SaaS or Engineering industries.
• Strong foundation in customer service or professional client management.
