This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
β’ Perform high-volume outbound prospecting, ensuring a minimum of 120+ calls daily.
β’ Actively seek out, engage, and qualify leads to transform them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
β’ Become proficient in the value proposition of ERP, EPM, and automation solutions to foster meaningful business discussions with prospects.
β’ Work closely with the senior sales team to guarantee a smooth transition of qualified opportunities.
β’ Uphold strict data integrity and activity tracking within the company's CRM system.
β’ Regularly achieve and surpass KPIs related to call volume, lead quality, and contribution to the sales pipeline.
β’ **Fluency in German at a native level (mandatory).**
β’ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to handle intricate business discussions.
β’ Demonstrated ability to work independently and sustain high activity levels in a remote, offshore environment.
β’ A tenacious, "hunter" mentality coupled with a disciplined approach to daily cold outreach.
β’ Availability to work CET hours with flexibility to ensure overlap with the core team.
β’ **Preferred Qualifications**
β’ Proven success record in cold calling or business development positions.
β’ Previous experience in SaaS, Fintech, or the professional services sector.
β’ Knowledge of HubSpot or other contemporary CRM platforms.
β’ Familiarity with financial systems or ERP software (e.g., NetSuite).
