This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Propel growth throughout the DACH region and broader EMEA markets.
• Discover and assess new opportunities by engaging with HR, Finance, and C-suite executives to comprehend their challenges and connect them with global employment solutions.
• Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partnerships to cultivate a robust pipeline, initiate impactful discussions, and create new business opportunities.
• Identify and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, social media outreach, and following up on incoming inquiries.
• Interact with German-speaking HR, Finance, and Operations leaders to grasp their requirements and demonstrate Safeguard Global’s solutions.
• Partner with Account Executives to formulate account strategies and guarantee a smooth transition of qualified opportunities.
• Utilize marketing campaigns, events, and partner channels to enhance top-of-funnel activity.
• Maintain precise CRM data in Salesforce and deliver clear reports on pipeline health and progress.
• Achieve and surpass KPIs for qualified meetings, opportunities, and revenue contributions.
• Continuously enhance outreach efforts through coaching, feedback, and collaboration with colleagues.
• Demonstrated experience in business development, sales development, or inside sales, preferably in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or global workforce solutions.
• Hands-on experience in the DACH market, with a deep understanding of regional business culture and decision-making processes.
• Native or fluent in German with strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Inquisitive, driven, and resilient, with a strong motivation to meet and exceed targets.
• Proficient in building rapport quickly and juggling multiple conversations at once.
• Practical experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement platforms.
