• Identify and acquire new brand leads within essential sectors such as DTC, gaming, technology, entertainment, retail, SaaS, AI, mobile applications, and finance.
• Develop and sustain outbound prospect lists utilizing platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Mixmax, and Artisan.
• Implement large-scale outbound email campaigns and targeted outreach on LinkedIn.
• Investigate brand activities, creator collaborations, competitor initiatives, and market dynamics.
• Schedule meetings and assist Account Directors during active sales processes.
• Participate in sales calls, take organized notes, and ensure that recordings and documentation are properly maintained.
• Aid in follow-up communications to keep deal momentum intact.
• Support proposal creation, including sourcing sample creators and contributing to strategic planning.
• Ensure CRM integrity by regularly updating the pipeline, documenting meeting notes, and tracking activities.
• Guarantee timely follow-ups and steady communication across all ongoing opportunities.
• Collaborate internally with sales, strategy, campaign, and paid media teams.
• Serve as an operational extension of the Account Director team.
• Facilitate client communication after the sale to ensure continuity and organization.
• Assist in scheduling check-ins and maintaining regular client interactions.
• Support the coordination of wrap reports, reporting meetings, and collection of deliverables.
• Monitor campaign assets, including screenshots, links, metrics, and performance data.
• Achieve a set number of qualified meetings booked each month.
• Maintain consistent outbound efforts across email, LinkedIn, and prospecting platforms.
• Ensure strong CRM management and operational execution.
• Contribute to generating pipeline and advancing deals.
• Support closed revenue alongside Account Directors.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
