• Assist Enterprise clients located in the Central Time Zone.
• Research and identify potential clients along with key decision-makers utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, Salesforce, etc.
• Engage with prospects through cold calls, marketing events, emails, and social media outreach.
• Create and sustain a pipeline of qualified leads within your territory.
• Achieve or surpass individual quotas while adhering to the metrics and strategies set by the Regional Director.
• Evaluate the appropriateness of prospects based on established qualification criteria.
• Arrange meetings or demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Establish relationships with prospective clients by comprehending their industry challenges and providing customized solutions.
• Relay insights to the marketing team regarding the efficiency of campaigns and the quality of leads.
• Keep precise and current lead records, activities, and reports in the CRM system (Salesforce).
• 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or a customer-facing position (preferably in the SaaS sector).
• Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of SaaS solutions and industry trends is advantageous.
