This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Identify, qualify, and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities within our established customer base.
β’ Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Customer Success to strategize and implement effective expansion plans.
β’ Gain a comprehensive understanding of how customers currently utilize Synera, the challenges they encounter, and the potential for additional AI agents, features, or modules to deliver significant value.
β’ Articulate new features, modules, and use cases in a clear and compelling manner, always emphasizing customer outcomes and measurable business effects.
β’ Develop and oversee your own expansion pipeline from start to finish: from identifying opportunities to providing deal support until closure.
β’ Actively share insights gathered from customer interactions with the product and go-to-market teams, contributing to the development of future features, use cases, and positioning.
β’ Proven experience in outbound sales within a B2B SaaS context.
β’ Excellent English language proficiency (both spoken and written) is essential.
β’ Proficiency in a European language, such as French, Dutch, or Swedish, is an advantage, and additional language skills are welcome.
β’ A strong history of success, such as consistently surpassing quotas over multiple quarters.
β’ Ability to persuasively pitch complex technical solutions (experience with AI, CAD, CAE, or engineering automation is a plus).
β’ Comfortable dealing with rejection, adapting quickly, and exhibiting a strong growth mindset and resilience.
β’ Familiarity with CRM systems, cold outreach tools, and LinkedIn prospecting (e.g., Salesforce, Clay, Sales Navigator, Aircall).
β’ A passion for seeking out and driving new opportunities.
