• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities from previously untapped greenfield accounts that align with runZero’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Discover and qualify leads through proactive outbound prospecting techniques utilizing our sales automation tools.
• Collaborate across various teams, including account executives, marketing, sales operations, and fellow Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
• Manage and sustain a pipeline of interested prospects while strategically working with account executives to develop and implement playbooks to secure prioritized accounts.
• Formulate account strategies by researching and synthesizing information that showcases an understanding of runZero’s customers’ needs and the value runZero provides.
• Craft engaging emails and letters that capture attention; pose intriguing questions.
• Facilitate target contacts' attendance at marketing events and encourage responses to our campaigns by following up on Account-Based Marketing initiatives and collaborating with the Marketing team.
• Ensure precise tracking of communications with both current and prospective customers in our CRM system.
• A strong commitment to delighting customers through exceptional relationship-building skills.
• A passion for achieving and surpassing monthly and quarterly targets.
• A genuine interest and enthusiasm for IT security.
• Excellent listening skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
