This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of collaborative business plans with distributors.
• Monitor actions, milestones, and outcomes effectively.
• Showcase Jabra’s go-to-market strategy and product offerings to partners.
• Develop and deliver training programs, product education, and enablement sessions.
• Represent Jabra at distributor events and trade shows.
• Work together with Distribution & Channel Marketing to implement promotions and campaigns.
• Support reseller recruitment, onboarding, and enablement activities.
• Aid in the preparation of partner business reviews and assist with pipeline opportunity management.
• Provide continuous market, partner, and program feedback to internal teams at Jabra.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of partner records and activity updates in the CRM system.
• 1–3 years of experience in Distribution and/or Channel Sales Account Management.
• Preferred background in delivering training, presenting to groups, or supporting enablement programs.
• Proven track record of generating new business and meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Experience with AV, videoconferencing, unified communications and collaboration, telecommunications, or similar products is preferred.
• Required proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
