This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead a team of 7 Business Development Representatives (BDRs), offering guidance, campaign insights, and coaching.
β’ Develop, test, assess, and refine multi-touch outbound sequences, which include: creating and reviewing cold outreach campaigns (via email, phone, LinkedIn, and more), following up with warm leads, executing relationship-based and cross-sell campaigns, and aligning marketing initiatives.
β’ Facilitate call reviews, workshops on objection handling, and scripting sessions.
β’ Recruit, evaluate, and onboard new representatives, emphasizing the swift attainment of their first booked meeting.
β’ Create and consistently update playbooks for objection handling, onboarding, scripting, and product-specific training to ensure BDRs stay updated as our messaging and offerings develop.
β’ Take ownership of team performance metrics from start to finish, proactively addressing KPIs such as outreach volume, response rates, meetings scheduled and conducted, and opportunities/pipeline generated.
β’ Assist with CRM hygiene initiatives that enhance the accuracy of BDR reporting.
β’ Provide weekly forecast summaries to leadership, highlighting and addressing pipeline risks and obstacles in advance.
β’ Collaborate with sales leaders, customer success teams, product management, and marketing to grasp organizational priorities and execute campaigns that align with strategic goals (such as new product launches, upsell initiatives, hand-off processes, and targeting top accounts).
β’ Create signal-based campaigns that leverage intent data, news updates, and existing relationships to prioritize outreach efforts.
β’ Set up and manage AI-driven BDR tools (like Apollo, Artisan Ava, or other potential future technologies). Propose new tools as needed.
β’ Over 8 years of management experience in a Go-To-Market/Commercial organization, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment that offers a multi-solution portfolio across diverse customer segments.
β’ Proven experience in formulating strategies to enhance BDR deployment for improved KPIs, including conversion rates, pipeline annual contract value (ACV), and closed deals.
β’ In-depth hands-on experience with Salesforce; familiarity with Apollo or other outbound outreach platforms is advantageous.
β’ More than 8 years of experience in analytics, reporting, and trend evaluation.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Finance.
β’ Strong analytical skills with the capability to transform complex data into practical insights.
β’ Experience in a SaaS B2B company; healthcare experience is highly desirable.
β’ Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce (including reports, dashboards, and campaign tracking), and familiar with other data sources such as Apollo, HubSpot, or event attendance tracking.
