Business Development Representative, DACH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• You will be the initial point of contact for numerous German-speaking businesses at SpeakUp.

• Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate opportunities.

• Develop and implement outbound communication strategies through phone, email, LinkedIn, and various other platforms.

• Conduct calls.

• Leverage AI tools for research and to tailor outreach efforts.

• Assess incoming leads and transform them into a sales pipeline.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team based in Amsterdam.

• Independently finalize smaller deals.

• Partner with Account Executives on larger transactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a native German speaker with fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required.

• Must reside in a European time zone.

• Should be a self-starter with a proactive mindset.

• Must possess confidence in phone communication.

• AI-savvy: experienced with tools such as Clay, ChatGPT, or similar technologies.

• A creative thinker is essential.
