This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Outbound Pipeline Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Healthcare, Energy & Utilities, Technology, SaaS, and Professional Services sectors.
• Formulate and implement account-based sales strategies aimed at key decision-makers and influencers.
• Engage in prospecting activities utilizing LinkedIn, referrals, industry events, strategic partnerships, networking groups, and direct outreach.
• Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities using CRM tools and structured sales methodologies.
• Research target organizations to gain insights into business challenges, technology initiatives, compliance needs, and growth aims.
• Arrange discovery meetings and initial discussions with potential clients.
• Teaming and Partnership Development: Foster relationships with technology partners, consulting firms, managed service providers, cloud providers, and industry associations.
• Identify opportunities for referrals and partnerships that foster business growth.
• Collaborate with strategic partners on joint marketing efforts, events, webinars, and client interactions.
• Represent KITC at conferences, networking gatherings, industry associations, and partner meetings.
• Capture and Proposal Support: Oversee opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Coordinate with technical teams to craft client-centric solution approaches.
• Assist in the creation of proposals, statements of work, presentations, capability statements, and other client-facing materials.
• Develop persuasive value propositions tailored to client needs.
• Maintain visibility into opportunity status, sales forecasts, and pipeline performance.
• AWS Partner and Cloud Sales Responsibilities: Identify and pursue opportunities aligned with AWS-funded programs, co-sell initiatives, AWS Marketplace, and APN partner referrals.
• Build and enhance relationships with AWS Partner Development Managers (PDMs), account teams, and cloud alliance stakeholders.
• Position KITC’s cloud modernization, Zero Trust, cybersecurity, and AI/ML capabilities in alignment with AWS priorities.
• Collaborate with technical leadership to create cloud-focused capability statements, solution briefs, and joint go-to-market strategies.
• Support qualification and pursuit activities related to AWS infrastructure, multi-cloud environments, cloud migration, cybersecurity programs, and digital transformation projects.
• Identify teaming and partnership opportunities with AWS Premier and Advanced Tier partners.
• Track and manage AWS-related pipeline activity, partner-sourced leads, co-sell engagements, and cloud modernization opportunities.
• 3–6 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or client relationship management within technology consulting, cybersecurity, cloud services, professional services, managed services, or B2B sales environments.
• Proven track record of generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle, business development strategies, lead generation, opportunity qualification, client acquisition, and solution-based selling.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling presentations, capability statements, proposals, and client-facing materials while confidently engaging with executives, technology leaders, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities concurrently, and uphold disciplined pipeline management and CRM hygiene with minimal supervision.
• Strongly Preferred: Existing relationships with executive decision-makers, technology leaders, operations leaders, procurement stakeholders, or business development contacts within Healthcare, Energy & Utilities, Technology, SaaS, or Professional Services organizations.
• Experience in selling cybersecurity, cloud, IT modernization, AI, or professional services.
• Familiarity with commercial compliance and security frameworks, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and Zero Trust.
• Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or cloud-focused service offerings.
• Experience within a consulting, technology services, or managed services organization.
