This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.
• Oversee prospect engagement across various digital platforms and recognize buying signals.
• Prioritize leads by analyzing behavioral activity and commercial intentions.
• Actively connect with prospects through tailored conversations to foster relationships.
• Assess opportunities by understanding business priorities, hiring strategies, expansion objectives, challenges, decision-making processes, and readiness for commercial engagement.
• Transform marketing-driven engagement into qualified sales opportunities via lead nurturing and prompt follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Global Sales Advisors to ensure comprehensive context and smooth transitions.
• Provide an outstanding prospect experience that encourages customers to engage in commercial discussions.
• Share pertinent insights, educational materials, customer success stories, and resources.
• Accurately record engagement and qualification details in Salesforce.
• Track lead development and ensure that qualified opportunities maintain momentum.
• Work alongside Marketing and Sales teams to analyze prospect behavior, campaign effectiveness, content impact, and purchasing trends.
• Enhance lead nurturing processes, qualification criteria, and strategies for customer engagement.
• Assist in establishing a scalable, relationship-focused sales approach that yields qualified pipeline opportunities.
• Proven history of developing relationships and converting prospect engagement into qualified sales opportunities in a B2B sales setting.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Ability to communicate assertively with clients across China and work collaboratively with global teams.
• Experience in selling within EOR, payroll, HR technology, workforce solutions, or SaaS sectors is highly beneficial.
• Strong commercial curiosity with the capability to uncover authentic business needs through insightful questioning and active listening.
• Experience in conducting business discussions in Mandarin and translating customer needs into clear commercial opportunities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple prospect interactions, follow-up tasks, and competing priorities.
• Solid understanding of qualification methods and the ability to evaluate buying intent, business alignment, and commercial readiness.
• Comfortable utilizing Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Highly proactive and self-driven, taking ownership of lead development.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with Marketing and Sales departments.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting behavioral engagement and prioritizing leads based on buying intent.
