This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Accountable for prospecting, retaining, and expanding sales related to NCS cleaning solutions product offerings and contract agreements, consistently aiming to meet or surpass sales targets.
• Conduct research on companies and create targeted prospect lists, formulating strategies that enhance new account penetration, efficiently bring in new business, and establish a long-term, dedicated customer base.
• Provide compelling and significant value to customers through insights, business analysis, problem-solving, and adaptability, focusing on forward-thinking by identifying opportunities, threats, and trends; anticipating future challenges and issues, as well as analyzing and interpreting organized customer economics and financial performance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on all NCS cleaning solutions.
• A high school diploma is mandatory, with a college degree being preferred.
• At least 3 years of demonstrated sales experience in a similar industry or within capital equipment sales in a business-to-business context.
• Familiarity with the car wash industry and/or current employment with a supplier to the Tunnel carwash sector.
• Must possess technical and mechanical aptitude.
• Should be an energetic self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of thriving in an independent work environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to educate customers through valuable consultation to finalize sales.
