📋 Description

• Take ownership of Inbound Opportunities - Act as the main point of contact for inbound leads and referrals from strategic banking partners, ensuring prompt and professional engagement.

• Grasp Client Needs - Conduct discovery calls in both English and Spanish to evaluate merchant business objectives, operational hurdles, and payment necessities.

• Provide Impactful Solutions - Lead customized product demonstrations that effectively relate our solutions to the pain points and business results of merchants.

• Propel Pipeline Progression - Prepare and deliver precise quotes, proactively follow up, and efficiently navigate opportunities through the sales funnel.

• Collaborate Across Functions - Work closely with Channel Account Managers, Partner Managers, and internal teams to align strategies and enhance deal success.

• Ensure CRM Excellence - Accurately document and keep all customer interactions, opportunities, and activities up to date in CRM systems.

• Manage High-Volume Activity - Handle multiple opportunities at once while adhering to stringent response-time expectations and conversion targets.

• Serve as a Trusted Advisor - Cultivate strong relationships with partners and merchants by leveraging product knowledge, industry insights, and consultative selling skills.

• Commit to Continuous Improvement - Actively engage in team meetings, training sessions, and initiatives aimed at process enhancement.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (mandatory)

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client-facing roles

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with a knack for engaging diverse audiences

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

• A proactive, solution-focused attitude with a strong attention to detail

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar platforms)
