Business Development Representative, Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for incoming and partner-referred leads from strategic banking partners, ensuring prompt and professional engagement.

• Conduct discovery calls in both English and Spanish to evaluate merchant business objectives, operational hurdles, and payment needs.

• Facilitate customized product demonstrations that effectively link our solutions to merchant challenges and business results.

• Prepare and deliver precise quotes, follow up proactively, and efficiently advance opportunities through the sales pipeline.

• Collaborate closely with Channel Account Managers, Partner Managers, and internal teams to synchronize on strategy and drive successful deals.

• Ensure all customer interactions, opportunities, and activities are accurately recorded and updated in CRM systems.

• Manage multiple opportunities concurrently while meeting stringent response-time expectations and conversion targets.

• Build strong relationships with partners and merchants through product knowledge, industry expertise, and consultative selling techniques.

• Actively engage in team meetings, training sessions, and initiatives aimed at process improvement.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory)

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development, or customer-facing roles

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage a variety of audiences

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

• A proactive, solution-focused attitude with keen attention to detail

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
