This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Generate revenue by scheduling qualified discovery calls and product demonstrations for the Strategic Account Manager team.
• Implement high-volume outreach to maintain a consistent, multi-channel approach (email, phone, social) to engage with dental professionals and corporate partners.
• Keep detailed records in HubSpot, leveraging data to pinpoint market trends and opportunities within territories.
• Conduct initial discovery calls to identify challenges in a partner’s current oral care services.
• Create and test timely engagement strategies to convert cold leads into warm partnerships.
• Outline the decision-making hierarchy of each practice to connect with specific clinical champions.
• Evaluate HubSpot data to determine effective outreach strategies.
• 1–3 years of experience in an outbound sales or Business Development Representative (BDR) role, with a preference for experience in MedTech, Dental, or SaaS sectors.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for conveying clinical value to healthcare professionals.
• A "hunter" mentality, demonstrating the persistence necessary to excel in a high-volume outbound sales environment.
• Proficiency in HubSpot and contemporary sales intelligence tools.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Work remotely with biannual visits to the main office located in the vibrant DUMBO area of Brooklyn, NY.
