• Ensure accurate tracking of activities and opportunities in CRM systems.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitive offerings, and the landscape of financial services.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage comfortably with senior-level stakeholders.
• A strong sense of curiosity and a willingness to learn; you welcome feedback and use it for personal improvement.
• Capability to balance high activity levels with thoughtful, tailored outreach to identify genuine business needs.
• Proficient in managing rejection and addressing objections effectively.
• Adaptable to working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
