This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and qualify mid-market opportunities within real estate brokerages and large teams, targeting deals ranging from $30K to $250K in ACV.
• Conduct effective outbound outreach through phone, email, and social media to connect with brokers, team leaders, and executives.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of brokerage operations, technology decision-making processes, and business growth strategies.
• Schedule qualified meetings for Mid-Market Account Executives, adhering to clear discovery and qualification standards.
• Establish and manage your own pipeline independently. This position demands a high level of ownership and self-initiated prospecting.
• Monitor activities, analyze data, and continually adjust your strategies to enhance conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership to refine targeting, messaging, and overall go-to-market strategies.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a lead generation or business development position utilizing phone, email, or social media outreach.
• Proven experience in prospecting mid-market or enterprise accounts, with a strong preference for candidates with real estate industry experience.
• Knowledge of outbound prospecting tools and CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar).
• Excellent verbal communication skills, presenting a polished and confident demeanor over the phone.
• A BA/BS degree is preferred.
