• Take the initiative to identify, pursue, and qualify new business opportunities to promote sales expansion.
• Act as a representative for Hypersonix’s offerings, utilizing deep knowledge and market insights to illustrate how our solutions fulfill customer requirements.
• Enhance and fine-tune the company's lead-generation tactics by pinpointing effective practices.
• Execute annual sales and client account strategies to achieve revenue and relationship targets, as directed by the VP of Sales.
• Establish and nurture robust, positive relationships with key clients to foster new and ongoing business opportunities.
• Stay updated on market developments, competitor activities, and customer challenges, offering strategic recommendations based on industry knowledge.
• Maintain precise records of customer interactions, sales forecasts, expense plans, budgets, and other pertinent information.
• Create and evaluate sales proposals, ROI assessments, professional service estimates, and invoices.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Development and Finance, to ensure the achievement of both customer and organizational objectives.
• Effectively leverage a sales development platform to conduct outreach through calls, emails, and social media engagement.
• Demonstrated sales experience in the retail, restaurant, hospitality, and eCommerce sectors.
• A proven record of success in software or SaaS sales.
• Highly driven, persistent, and goal-oriented in securing and closing targeted clients.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Capability to independently pursue strategic sales opportunities and contribute to business growth.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
