• Engage in high-volume cold calling and qualifying inbound leads.
• Develop and execute outstanding outreach via email and LinkedIn.
• Take ownership of scheduling meetings and generating pipeline through both inbound and outbound avenues.
• Collaborate closely on our inbound strategy, partnering with sales and marketing to enhance inbound business.
• Conduct targeted, insight-driven discovery sessions to identify a prospect's role, context, challenges, and timeline.
• Establish a network of industry leaders, nurturing relationships within our market while sharing Fellow's advancements.
• Represent Fellow at conferences by attending regular industry events.
• Master the art of telling the Fellow story and effectively communicating our value proposition.
• At least 1.5 years of experience in a Business Development position.
• A demonstrated history of being a top performer.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong inclination towards taking initiative.
• Willingness to seek feedback, enhance skills, and adjust strategies.
• A strong desire to achieve — characterized by high ambitions, a competitive spirit, and goals for rapid career advancement.
• Detail-oriented — we prioritize delivering high-quality work over mere volume.
• Tenacity and resilience — Business Development can be challenging; we need someone who can navigate rejection while maintaining a positive outlook.
